I don't see the language I am learning. Can I request it?

-We are constantly expanding our selection of languages. Feel free to contact us and request your language!

 

Why is your shipping so expensive?

-As a small company we don't have enough clout to get special rates with carriers. Going international is even worse. Some products like mugs require special boxes so that they don't break during shipping. Once we grow to a certain size we will be able to negotiate our own rates with shipping companies and introduce dynamic shipping instead of flat rate!

 

What is the point of all this?

- The point is to get people out SPEAKING their language! Speaking is the most nerve wracking part of language learning, so many people never do it. Whether you just need a push or you have issues finding people to practice with, our products are designed to help!

 

I need my order quickly! Can I expedite it?

- While we love that you are excited and want to have it NOW, we cannot offer expedited shipping at the moment. See "Why is your shipping so expensive" for more details. Once we grow we will be able to offer expedited shipping.

 

Do you offer a bulk discount?

-Yes we do! Contact us for details.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- That is a good question. Shipping time is based on where you live/ are having it shipped to. The easy answer is: If you are ordering from anywhere that is NOT the US or Latvia, please order well in advance of when you would need your products.

 

Do you have stickers?

-Yes, yes we do.

 

Can I have one?

-Yes, yes you can.
